Respecting privacy, space and silence is important
Swedes may not disturb someone only to greet them without a purpose
You avoid speaking loudly in public places to respect others
You do not listen to high music in your headphones
You leave space
Both physically and psychologically

They do not want to disturb

They will let it go
This also prevents confrontation
